Perimenopause & menopause care

You know something is off. You want to feel like yourself again.

HerWell Co. is a telehealth membership for women in perimenopause and menopause — the time, the answers, and the plan you deserve.

You are not dramatic. You are not imagining it. And being told to drink more water is not a treatment plan.

The 2am hot flashes. The weight that won't budge. The mood swings that feel foreign to you. You deserve a provider who actually listens — and actually does something.

Who this is for

Does any of this sound like you?

  • You keep saying "I just don't feel like myself" — and you can't quite explain why.
  • You feel like you can't trust your body anymore.
  • You're not comfortable in your own skin.
  • The irritability and mood swings are exhausting — for you, and for everyone around you.
  • Hot flashes and night sweats are wrecking your sleep and your days.
  • The weight is changing, and it isn't responding to the things that used to work.
  • Your current doctor doesn't have time for this — or tells you this is just what getting older looks like.

If you're nodding at even one of those, you're in the right place.

The membership

Your concierge menopause membership — here's exactly what you get.

Month to month. No long-term commitment. Real access to a provider who knows this inside and out.

90-minute initial consultation

Your first visit isn't rushed. Ninety minutes on your symptoms, your history and your goals, before we recommend anything.

Direct messaging access

You're invited to our messaging platform so you can reach us between visits. No waiting weeks to ask a follow-up question.

Follow-up visits and calls

Your follow-up care is built around what you actually need. Some members want more check-ins, some want fewer. We decide together.

Lab orders included

We send orders straight to Quest or LabCorp, and the lab bills us — not you. You just visit a local draw site for your blood work.

Medication management

Hormone therapy, weight management medication and lifestyle changes, adjusted over time as your body responds.

Nutrition & lifestyle counseling

Dietary guidance, fiber and protein targets, movement, and practical tools you can actually use — not a generic handout.

The six-week path

Most of our members feel a significant difference within six weeks of starting treatment.

We're not promising a finish line. Perimenopause and menopause aren't something you check off a list. But here's what we will tell you: if we're doing our jobs, you should feel meaningfully better within six weeks of getting started on your plan.

We use a layered approach — starting with the hormonal foundation and building from there based on how your body responds. Every step is intentional. Every adjustment is based on your labs, your symptoms, and what you're telling us.

Month to month means you're never locked in. But in our experience, once you start making real progress, you'll want to keep going.

  1. Weeks 1–2 The full picture

Your 90-minute consultation and your labs. We find out what's actually happening — not what a 12-minute appointment had time to guess at.

  2. Weeks 3–4 Your plan, started

We build the plan around your labs and your symptoms, start treatment, and you have direct messaging access from day one.

  3. Weeks 5–6 Adjusting to you

We check in on how your body is responding and adjust. This is where most members tell us they start noticing a real difference.

  4. Ongoing Month to month

Care continues at whatever cadence you need, with your provider adjusting as your body and your life change. Cancel anytime.

Individual experiences differ. This is how care is typically paced — not a guarantee of any specific clinical result or timeline.

Why this is different

A lot of providers can hand you a prescription. We do something else.

Most women in midlife who are also dealing with weight changes get exactly one piece of the puzzle.

Someone prescribes something. Nobody talks about the hormonal component. Nobody connects the dots.

At HerWell Co., we look at the full picture. Hormone therapy and weight management aren't separate conversations here — they're part of the same plan. We look at what your labs are telling us, what your body is doing, and what you're experiencing day to day, and we build something that addresses all of it.

And you're not starting over every time you have an appointment. You have a provider who knows your case, knows your history, and is reachable between visits.

Dr. Emily Denis, MD, founder of Her Wellness Collective

Your provider

Meet Dr. Emily Denis.

Emily Denis, MD, FACOG, MSCP, DipABLM

Dr. Denis is a double board-certified physician in OB-GYN and Lifestyle Medicine and the founder of Her Wellness Collective, a virtual women's health practice serving women in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania. Dr. Denis specializes in hormonal health, including postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause, as well as sexual health, weight management, and lifestyle optimization.

Dr. Denis founded Her Wellness Collective after seeing how often women's concerns were minimized or left inadequately addressed within the constraints of the traditional healthcare system. She wanted to create a different model; one that gives women the time, expertise, and individualized attention needed to understand what they're experiencing and develop a plan that considers the whole person.

Her approach combines evidence-based medical care with a whole-body perspective to help women feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout every stage of life.

Featured testimonial

My appointment with Dr. Denis was incredibly helpful and unlike any other OB/GYN appointment I've ever had (in the best way). Dr. Denis made me feel comfortable opening up to her, she explained the science behind what is going on in my body in a way I could understand, she asked insightful questions that no healthcare provider has ever thought to ask me before and listened so patiently to my answers.

Most importantly, I left the appointment with a plan that made sense to me and like I have a support team moving forward. I no longer feel alone or confused. I wish all doctors would take such time and care with their patients.

  1. Your free 15-minute meet & greet

A short video call about what you're experiencing, how the membership works, and whether we're the right fit. No card, no commitment.

  2. Your 90-minute consultation

If you join, this is where the real work starts — full history, symptoms, goals and lab orders. Ninety minutes, and none of them rushed.

  3. Ongoing care, month to month

Direct messaging, follow-ups when you need them, and a treatment plan that gets adjusted as your body responds. Cancel anytime.

Fifteen minutes. Free. Then you decide.

This is a short video call with Dr. Denis — a chance to be heard, ask anything, and find out whether this membership is the right fit before you commit to a thing.

What we'll cover

  • What you're experiencing right now, and what you've already tried
  • How the membership works, what's included, and what it costs
  • Any questions about the care model, scheduling, or what happens next
  • Whether it makes sense to move forward with a full consultation

A meet & greet is not a medical appointment. We can't provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescription refills, or review lab results on this call — that's what the initial consultation is for.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

What actually happens on the free 15 minutes?

You talk, we listen, and we tell you honestly whether we think we can help. We'll walk you through how the membership works and what it costs, and you can ask anything. There's no cost and no card, and you are not signing up for anything by booking it.

Is this a subscription I'm locked into?

No. HerWell Co. is month to month, and you can cancel anytime. We're confident you'll want to stay once you start making progress — but that's your call, every month.

What does the membership cost?

We'll walk you through membership pricing on your free 15-minute meet & greet, before you decide anything. It's one monthly fee that covers your initial consultation, follow-ups, direct messaging, lab orders and ongoing medication management — no separate per-visit charges.

Where are you licensed?

We currently see patients in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota and Pennsylvania. If you're outside those four states, we're not able to provide care to you yet.

Do I have to go anywhere in person?

Your visits are telehealth — video calls from wherever you are. For labs, you'll go to a local Quest or LabCorp draw site. We send the order directly and the lab bills us, so it's not a separate bill for you to sort out.

What kind of treatment do you offer?

We use FDA-approved medications. Hormone therapy is at the centre of what we do, and depending on what your body needs we also offer weight management medication alongside detailed nutrition and lifestyle counseling. Nothing here is one-size-fits-all — what you're prescribed depends on your labs, your history and your symptoms.

Any specific treatment recommendation happens in a real clinical visit, not on a landing page and not on the meet & greet.

How soon will I feel a difference?

That depends on where you're starting and how your body responds. In general, members who get started on treatment right away often notice meaningful changes within about six weeks. We'd rather be honest with you than promise you a number — and we'll keep being honest with you throughout.

What if I'm not even sure this is perimenopause?

Then book the meet & greet. A lot of women come to us knowing something is off without a name for it. Figuring out what's actually going on is the job — that's what the labs and the 90-minute consultation are for.

You've been waiting long enough to feel like yourself again.

Book your free 15-minute meet & greet and let's figure out what's actually going on — and what we're going to do about it.

Month to month. No long-term commitment. Real answers from a provider who's actually paying attention.
